Portillo’s Survey Rewards
To be eligible for rewards, participants must complete the survey. After completion, each participant will receive a unique validation code that can be redeemed at any participating Portillo’s location for free food.
Additionally, participants may enjoy free coffee, donuts, and other snacks and beverages. Be sure to bring your receipt to any Portillo’s store to redeem your reward.
The company reserves the right to determine the value of the reward, so it’s advisable to check the reward details before completing the survey.
For surveys and other incentives, your receipt may also serve as proof of purchase. Keep in mind that you have 90 days to redeem your rewards, after which they may expire if unused.
